Location au calme avec un super jardin et patio, à l'ombre super agréable pour prendre les repas. Propriétaire très gentils et très discrets. La mer n'est pas si loin. Et il y a plein de ville à visiter à proximité (Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienne, Pise).

Avons adoré ce lieu et la gentillesse d'E., la propriétaire. Très bien située, proche de Cecina et ses belles plages, la maison est très propre et fonctionnelle, la grande véranda parfaite, le jardin superbe! Notre petit chien a aussi très bien été accueilli, malgré ses (parfois ridicules) aboiements. Un matelas des 2 lits simples, idéal pour un enfant était inconfortable pour un adulte et selon moi il manque qq crochets pour les linges (bain+cuisine) c'est un détail. Nous aimerions revenir!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Riparbella. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bequem und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Sie war immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir mochten es sehr, dass man nicht in einer Massenunterkunft untergebracht war, sondern das Gefühl hatte bei einer italienischen Familie zu Gast zu sein. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Never in my life had I dealt with such an attitude from an owner! I wouldn’t have written this review but for her message after we left Saturday, when she reproached that we could have at least greeted her parents when we left! Her parents were not even around and even so how can you talk like this to your guests? This lady became very bothered after I announced her that none of the TV, internet were working, asking her to provide a hairdryer and if possible a sponge with a little dish-detergent. I “complained”too much (her words) apparently when there was no gas left and I remained with uncooked eggs in the pan for breakfast. There were no instructions on how to use the Tv, internet, etc. The house is old, dark and has the smell of not being aired. it needs intensive amending. The doors make a terrible noise and all the house wakes up if you use the toilet or kitchen at night. You can here the others on the first floor but we didn’t care. Her parents are nice and discreet. The kitchen is very difficult to use as there is no room to place your tools while cutting and cooking not that we used it too often since we preferred to stay away from this place as long as possible. The matrimonial bed is as old as the house and if one moves next to you it feels wavy. I was more than surprised to read the others reviews on the place and owner as nothing matched with the description. Yes, we appreciated the olive oil and wine offered, which, when I asked about the sponge she replied that she prefers to leave the wine and oil and that she won’t provide a sponge (!). This kind of persons should learn about hospitality and kindness together with the attitude towards clients before running a business in the industry. A smile is more important than any offered items. Instead there was a sour face that showed up after insisting that the gas was fine, that the Tv and the internet we didn’t know how to handle..She saw it after that thy were not functional and came with a professional to mend it. I choose a place and I pay for it hoping to get what I read i get. The towels were old and shabby. For 8 nights we had 4 big shabby towels and other tiny ones. The kitchen towels had stains on them. The garden is beautiful, actually this is why we chose the home in the first place, but don’t get excited as there are so many mosquitoes all the time that you cannot resist more than 10 minutes outside. So we couldn’t have a single meal outdoors. It is my greatest disappointment of all the rentals in my life, and I had quite a few so far and it leaves me a really bitter taste as I love Tuscany and Italy very much and I appreciate this country, the history and all the richness it has to offer in all the ways!

Rude attitude from the owner. Tv not working. Internet not working. Out of gas. Shabby towels. Outdated furniture, squeaky doors. Very hot, no fans or a/c.

We take note of these comments and have repaired the TV since. The internet doesn't work very well due to the apartments being in the countryside and unfortunately the network is a bit weak. Please rest assured that the owner only has the best interest of his guests at heart, we are sorry if this is not how it appears. We hope that you give our services another chance.

Apartmán S. u paní E. je ideální pro rodinu s dětmi. V nádherné zahradě je pěkné posezení, kde si můžete dopřát soukromí, klid a stín. Apartmán je stylově zařízený starožitným nábytkem a je zde příjemně i bez klimatizace, protože je v přízemí. Prostorná koupelna, zařízená kuchyň, velmi pěkné ložnice. Paní E. je nesmírně milá a poradí kam na výlet, trh, kde koupit místní produkty. Moc děkujeme za krásných 10 dní pobytu. Zase se vrátíme :-)

Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeberin freundlich und herzlich. Der wunderbare Garten stand zu unserer Verfügung, den haben wir sehr genossen.

Vacanza molto rilassante, l'alloggio all'altezza delle nostre aspettative comodo ed accogliente. Bellissimo giardino. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato molto gentile e disponibile.
